No matter where you go in the football world, when you talk about rivalries, Texas-Oklahoma's Red River Rivalry is almost always mentioned. This game has been historic, with many national championships on the line. #3 Oklahoma (4-0) has looked very good in the first weeks and look to show once again that they are ready to be considered in the title game once again, while #11 Texas also looks to prove itself after suffering their first losing season in 13 years last year.
This rivalry has been classic and among all college rivalries ranks second, behind the Michigan-Ohio State rivalry. This week, we'll again expect a great game. Last year, Oklahoma won by eight points with Texas rallying in the final seconds, this year, we might see the game be even closer. Texas, who hasn't played any competent teams lately, seeks it fifth win against the number 3 ranked team, and who better than the biggest rival they have? Oklahoma, who won the last game, looks to stay unbeaten and looks to show its dominance in College football. Both teams have a chance at winning, but only one will be victorious. But no matter who wins we can be sure that it’s going to be a great game.
