Texans ready for next step?

The Houston Texans were able to get a big win this past Sunday. They were able to beat a great team in the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Steelers are one of the best teams in the NFL, and beating them proved to many fans that Houston is ready to take the next step, to compete for the Superbowl. The Texans won the game 17-10.

Houston was able to win, without their best player in Andre Johnson. Johnson injured his hamstring in the second quarter, and sat out for the rest of the game. The Texans did not need Johnson. They were able to win with a good defense, and a healthy Arian Foster. Arian Foster rushed for 155 yards, and scored the touchdown that put the Texans ahead for good. Arian Foster is coming off of a season in which he led the league in rushing yards. This was his first fill game, since he injured his hamstring in pre-season.

This Texans team looks like they have finally put together a good team, that make it to the playoffs and compete for the SuperBowl. In years past the Texans have started out strong, only to struggle near the end of the season. The Texans have yet to have a winning season in their franchise history, but this might be the season in which they pull it off. They have a good chance in winning their division, because the defending champions, the Colts don't have their star Quarter Back Peyton Manning.
